To present a poster at the Congress, there are three things you need to do by the dates indicated.
1) Deadline: Monday 12 April- Registration for the Congress
If you have not already done so, please submit your Congress registration form and payment as soon as possible to verify your poster presentation and participation in the Congress. You can register online via the secure web site, or print a registration form directly off the web and FAX or mail it. The deadline to register to confirm your poster presentation is 12 April. Click here to register for the Congress.
2) Deadline: Monday 30 April - Poster Instructions, Request Form and Guidelines
Click here for the poster instructions (PDF format). Please review the information, especially the times you are expected to be available for formal discussion. Complete and send the Special Request Form if there has been a change in presenters, so the presenter will be appropriately recognized at the Congress. Please note it is too late to alter or revise abstract information. You may also indicate special needs if applicable. Requests cannot be considered after 30 April. Also included with the poster instructions are guidelines should you need assistance in developing an effective poster for presentation.
3) Recommend completing before: Monday 17 May - Hotel Accommodation Reservations
The congress will be held at the Hilton in the Walt Disney World Resort, Orlando, Florida. Sleeping rooms have been set aside at the Hilton for congress attendees at a reduced congress rate. The rooms and reduced rate are limited so we encourage you to make a reservation now if you require a guest room. Click here for further details.
We very much look forward to your participation. Should you have any questions regarding your poster presentation, please contact me.
