You are invited to become an active supporter of the EMECS 9 Conference.

Why YOU Should Join Us as a Sponsor

Aligning your organization with EMECS 9 provides you with the opportunity to strengthen industry relationships, interact with key decision makers, and reinforce your continued commitment to enclosed coastal seas. Take advantage of this occasion to promote your organization before attendees from governmental, private, non-profit, and contracting organizations.

Sponsors will be recognized on the EMECS 9 web site, in the printed Program Book given to all participants and on conference signage throughout the host venue. Sponsors will also be featured in promotional newsletters distributed to thousands interested individuals on a frequent basis, so the sooner you sign up as a sponsor, the more coverage you will receive throughout the coming months. During the conference, our supporters will be prominently acknowledged “on screen” in all of the meeting rooms throughout the week via PowerPoint Presentations.

How do I Sign Up to Become a Sponsor?

To lock in your sponsorship,
CLICK HERE to fill out an ONLINE Sponsorship Commitment Form.

Simply fill out the form, indicate your sponsorship preference and continue advancing to the next screen until you arrive at payment instructions. You can conveniently pay by credit card OR check using the online form. Upon receipt of your response, we will contact you to finalize details regarding your participation. Sponsorships will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis and upon receipt of payment. Payment must be received by August 5th, 2011 to be recognized in print.

Graphics Requirements for Sponsor Recognition

In order to properly recognize your contribution to the EMECS 9 Conference on the website and in printed materials, we ask that you email Jhanna Gilbert a high resolution version of your organization’s logo. We accept JPEG, TIF, and EPS formats and recommend a minimum resolution of 300-600 dpi for the best representation of your organization.
