Conference Cancellation Notice

Due to the expected impact of Hurricane Irma and for the safety of our attendees, the conference has been canceled.

A full refund of your registration fee will be issued within 60 days. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be posted as a credit to the same card you originally used to pay the fee. If you paid by check or wire transfer, our registrar will contact you for specific information required to process the refund.

If you have a guest room booked at the Sheraton or a nearby hotel, we urge you to contact them immediately to cancel your reservation.

The ICBC will be held at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort. Guest rooms have been set aside at the Sheraton for conference attendees at a reduced rate of $149 plus tax (currently 13%) for single or double occupancy until August 21, 2017 or the guest room block fills. Rooms traditionally fill before the discounted rate deadline. It is strongly recommended to make reservations as soon as possible.

  1. Reserve rooms via the Sheraton’s personalized website for the International Citrus & Beverage Conference participants. (This is no longer available)
  2. Contact the hotel directly at 727-595-1611 and identify yourself as a participant of the International Citrus & Beverage Conference (ICBC) and mention the reservation code II08AA to receive the reduced rate.

The Clearwater Beach Marriott Suites on Sand Key also has a limited number of rooms for ICBC attendees at reduced rate of $159.00 plus tax (currently 13%) until August 19, 2017 or the guest room block fills.

  1. Reserve rooms via the Marriott’s personalized website for the International Citrus & Beverage Conference participants. (This is no longer available)
  2. Contact the hotel directly at 1-727-596-1100 and identify yourself as a participant of the International Citrus & Beverage Conference (ICBC) to receive the reduced ICBC rate.

Please note for both hotels:

  • Reservations must be guaranteed by a first night room deposit with a major credit card.
  • Deposits will be forfeited if cancelled within five days prior to your arrival date.
  • The Sheraton hotel check-in time is after 3:00pm, and the Marriott is after 4:00pm. Check out is prior to 11:00am for both properties.
  • Florida government participants: To receive tax exempt status, payment must be made in the form of a government issued check or credit card and be accompanied by a Florida sales tax exemption certificate presented at check-in.
