- ALL Sponsor Representatives are required to register for the Conference.
- Sponsorships received by April 9 will be recognized during the event. Sponsorships received afterwards may not meet printing deadlines. Contact Holly Paszko if sponsorship commitment is after April 9, 2008.
- Only sponsorships of $1,000 or more receive complimentary registrations. See above categories for details.

Cancellation Information: Should circumstances arise that would force you to cancel your registration, we request that you contact the Office of Conferences & Institutes by Thursday, April 9, 2009 to inform us that you will not be able to participate. If it is later than Monday, April 9, please still contact us. Your attendance is important; plans and expenses have been made on your behalf. If you cannot attend, please email or call so we may make the necessary adjustments. Thank you for your consideration.
Special Needs: Special needs (such as visual, hearing or walking impairments) of registered attendees can be reasonably accommodated if they contact the Office of Conferences & Institutes at least 10 working days prior to the short course. All sponsorship funds are received through the University of Florida Leadership and Education Foundation, Inc. on behalf of the conference. Partnering organizations of From Stem to Stern II: FWC, IFAS and Florida Sea Grant will not receive any of the sponsorship funds.
Table-Top Displays
Each sponsoring organization who commit to the Gold, Silver, Bronze, or General Sponsorship Levels will receive one complimentary, six-foot table for display space to exhibit product labels and materials throughout the conference providing a valuable opportunity to spend time with participants and meet with them one-on-one.

SHIPPING PACKAGES:
If you plan to ship any materials or packages to the Hilton Cocoa Beach in advance, please note the following:
- All incoming packages should be addressed to the Hilton Cocoa Beach at 1550 North Atlantic Ave. Cocoa Beach, FL 32931
- Clearly label all packages with the name and phone number of the contact who will be staying at the hotel and will sign for the packages upon arrival, name of the conference (Boating and Waterway Management in Florida), and date of the conference (May 19-21, 2009).
- Number each box and include the total number of boxes. (Example: 1 of 2)
- Please note: There is a $4.00 charge per box for packages less than 25 lbs. Charges go up to $6.00 per box for packages greater than 25 lbs. This charge will be posted to the main vendor’s guest room if you are staying at the hotel (please make sure this registered hotel guest’s name is on the box). If you are not saying at the Hilton Cocoa Beach, click here to complete the credit card authorization form, and FAX to the Attention of Maggie McLaughlin at 321-406-0672.
- Because there is limited storage space, boxes can be accepted no more than 3 days prior to the start of the meeting on Tuesday, May 19th.
