What does the Pre-Conference Tour Fee Include? The fee includes transportation costs, boxed lunch, admission into the park, and light snacks & bottled water.
Recommended Clothing and Items to Bring: It is going to be very HOT in June in Florida. We recommend wearing cool, light clothing. The park mentioned that sneakers would be the best option for shoes. We recommend wearing insect repellent and sunblock. We will provide you with bottled water to take with you. It would be a good idea to bring a small knapsack to keep these items in.

| 9:45-10:00am | Board Buses in the Driveway Circle near the Caribbean Ballroom at the Harbor Beach Resort & Spa |
| 10:00am | Buses Leave for the Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden |
| 11:00am | Arrive at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden, begin exploring and board tram for guided tour. |
| 12:30-1:00pm | Meet in designated lunch area for boxed lunches (tour guide will let you know where to meet) |
| 1:30pm-3:00pm | On your own for shopping and more exploring of the area |
| 3:00pm | Board buses to return to the Harbor Beach Marriott Resort & Spa |
| 4:00pm | Group arrives back at the Harbor Beach Marriott Resort & Spa |
