Organizer Information
Pre-Conference Workshop Organizers
Workshop organizers will be responsible for inviting speakers, ensuring their participation, ensuring submission of preliminary texts and structuring/leading the discussion sessions.
*Note: The Conference Organizers will not provide for the printing of workshop handouts. Digital copies may be posted to the conference website.
All workshop presenters and organizers are expected to register for the conference and pay the applicable fee to attend.

Workshop Organizer to email Conference Coordinator Angelica Williams, detailed request for set up of workshop session, including audio-visual requirements. You will be contacted prior to the conference to reconfirm final arrangements. |

Town Hall Organizers
Town Hall Organizers will assist with: recruiting a reporter/ recorder for the town hall session; manage any discussion leader communications; moderate the town hall and coordinate any special materials or hand-outs.
*Note: The Conference Organizers will not provide for the printing of town hall handouts. Digital copies may be posted to the conference website.
All town hall participants and organizers are expected to register for the conference and pay the applicable fee to attend.

- Half Rounds – facing speaker(s)
- Conference style – board room set-up
Room Arrangement Available to Organized Sessions
- Theatre style (all chairs), with the front row classroom style
Room Arrangement Available to World Café Sessions
- Five independent stations including
- Two 6-foot tables (one in front of the presenter, one behind)
- A Flip chart
- 15-20 chairs in an arch, theatre style, in front of the presentation station
- One moderator station with table, chair, and microphone
Room Arrangement Available to Town Hall Sessions
- Half-Rounds – facing the front of the room
