ABOUT OCI

Planning a conference or seminar can be challenging, whether you invite 50 people or 500.  That is why The Office of Conferences and Institutes (OCI) was created -- to assist with coordinating conferences.

Office of Conferences and Institutes (OCI) is a full-service conference planning agency at the University of Florida. OCI was created to assist Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences (IFAS) faculty with their research, teaching and extension mission which is to develop knowledge in agriculture, human and natural resources, and to make that knowledge available to people to sustain and enhance the quality of life.

Conferences have proven an effective venue for disseminating and sharing this wealth of knowledge, and OCI works closely with IFAS faculty to conduct a variety of workshops, conferences and symposia that support the IFAS mission. We hope you will join us as participants of these events come together to develop new ideas and to share information that mutually benefits the societies of tomorrow.
