The Royal Plaza Hotel
is offering participants of the TEMA 15 Symposium, a
very special rate of $119.00 per night, (plus 12.5%
state and local taxes), single or double occupancy. The
group rate will be honored three days prior and three days
following the conference dates, based on availability.
Please make sure to state that you are with the TEMA 15
Symposium when making your hotel reservation so that
you can receive the special discounted group rate.
To Make a
Reservation:

Reservations must be made by Sunday,
June 1, 2014 in order to receive this group rate.
Please be aware the block of rooms may fill before
the deadline, so we urge you to make your reservation as
soon as possible. After June 1st, the discounted
rate is not guaranteed on possible remaining rooms.

rates.

Florida government participants: To receive tax exempt
status, payment must be made in the form of a government
issued check or credit card and be accompanied by a
Florida sales tax exemption certificate presented at
check-in). Note: The Hotel has received its Green

Please note:

 All reservations must be guaranteed with
a major credit card. A credit card will be charged for
one night’s deposit. Cancellation of individual
reservations within three (3) days of arrival will
result in forfeiture of deposit or first nights room and
tax.

The hotel check-in time is 4:00pm and
check out is 11:00am. If extended late check-out is
requested and approved on the day of departure, there
will be a 50% charge of the room rate. If early
departure before scheduled check-out date is required,
there will be a fee of one night room and tax.

Experiences, the Royal Plaza guest rooms are 100% smoke
free.
