ROOM RATE INFORMATION:
The Westin Bonaventure is offering the prevailing Government Rates for the conference, which are currently:
$128 per night with one or two people in a room (single or double occupancy)
$138 per night for 3 people
$158 per night for 4 people
Rates do not include sales or occupancy taxes (currently totaling 14.12 %).
The group rate will be honored three days prior and three days following the conference, based on availability.
Room rates may not be combined with any other special offer, package or discount.
Room rates are non-commissionable
Important Note: Government ID is not required by the hotel to receive the NCER government rate.

All hotel reservations must be made by Friday June 12, 2009. After this date, reservations will be accepted based on availability. The group rate expires July 1, 2009.

Participants can access the site to learn more about the event and to book,
modify, or cancel a reservation.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
A first night's room deposit must be made with a credit card, check or cash within 10 days of placing your reservation.
Any reservations that "no show" or, are canceled within 72 hours of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is 11am.
Should you arrive early or depart after these times, baggage storage areas are available for early arrivals and late departures.
SUPER SHUTTLE:
As an attendee of NCER ’09, you will receive a 10% discount off all Super Shuttle fares. Currently, the shared ride rate is $16 between LAX and the downtown convention hotels. The 10 percent discount is a reduction off of the current rate. Click the logo to the right to book an advance reservation.
PARKING INSTRUCTIONS:
We do not recommend renting a car and parking at the hotel. We strongly encourage taking a shuttle or cab to the conference from the airport. Parking is limited and extremely expensive. Although, we do not recommend this option, the link below will take you to detailed parking instructions with applicable fees for each of the options listed.
Adults are 18 years old and over. Children under 18 are free.
Rollaway beds are available for $30 per day plus current taxes.
Valet parking is currently $42 per day, self parking is not available on the hotel property; please use the link above under “parking instructions” for other options.
