Rate Information
The Residence Inn is offering HACCP attendees a special rate
of $89.00 for a Studio Suite (single or double
occupancy) per night, excluding applicable state and local
taxes (currently 11.75%). The rate includes: Full Hot
Breakfast Buffet, Evening Reception (Tuesday – Thursday;
includes beer, wine, and light meal), 24 hour Business
Center, Wired and Wireless Internet, Grocery Shopping
Services, Fitness Center, Outdoor Pool, Putting Green, Patio
with Fire Pit and Grill, and Pets Welcome (Non-refundable
Sanitation fee).

Individual Call-In: Individuals can make their own
reservations by calling Marriott’s toll free Reservation
line: 800-331-3131, OR the Hotel directly at
352-264-0000. Be sure to specify you are attending
the HACCP Training Program to receive the special discounted
rate.
Reservation Deadline
 Reservations
must be made by Wednesday, July 21, 2010 to receive the
discounted rate. Please be aware the Residence Inn may
fill before the deadline so we urge you to make your
reservation as soon as possible. After July 21, 2010, the
discounted group rate is not guaranteed on possible
remaining rooms. (To receive tax exempt status, payment must
be made in the form of a government issued check, credit
card or purchase order, and, be accompanied by a Florida
sales tax exemption certificate presented at check-in.)
Cancellation Policy
Should a guest cancel a reservation, the deposit
will be refunded if notice is received by 6:00PM on the day
of arrival.
