Meeting Site Location
- J. Wayne Reitz Union at the University of Florida
 The
Meeting Site is located at the
J. Wayne Reitz Union at the University of Florida on
Museum Road. Participants will need to go to the second
floor and check in at the Grand Ballroom Conference
Registration Desk for nametags and conference materials.
Parking will be available in the Visitor
Welcome Center Garage adjacent to the J. Wayne Reitz
Union. A PDF of the parking permit will be emailed to
pre-registered participants to allow entry into the garage
beginning Monday morning, April 22nd through Thursday, April
25th. Place the printable "GQ13 All Day Parking Garage
Permit" in your car's front dashboard so that the
parking garage attendant can identify your vehicle for the
conference. Participants can stop at the attendant booth
located at the end of the first row of spaces to speak with
the parking staff, to be directed to the appropriate parking
area. There will be no parking fees charged to GQ13
participants as long as they have the permit placed in their
car. Due to a limited number of parking spaces in the
garage, if you leave at any time during the day, there is no
guarantee that you will be able to find a parking spot upon
your return.
Bus Passes The Conference is offering bus passes from Gainesville
Regional Transit System (go-rts.com)
for participants who do not plan to drive to the Reitz Union
each day. Participants must request bus passes in advance on
their conference registration form.

passes on Sunday afternoon when registration opens from
5-7pm. If you wait until Monday morning to check-in, you
will have to find alternative transportation or walk to the
Reitz Union. The Holiday Inn is an approximately 1.4-km walk
from the meeting location.
