Booth
Description
Platinum, Gold
and Silver sponsoring organizations will receive one
complimentary 10’ wide x 8’ deep unfurnished booth which
includes:
-
8’ high
background with a 3’ high side-rail divider and drapery
-
1 - 6' x 24”
x 30”h draped table, and skirted on three sides
-
2 – side
chairs
-
1 – waste
basket with liner
-
1 - 7" x 44"
two-line, black on white identification sign depicting
organization’s name, city, state and booth number
Display
Restriction – less than eight feet high
Booths will be
located in the Banyan Breezeway of the TradeWinds Island
Resort. The Banyan Breezeway ceiling height is eight feet.
When planning your display it is important to make certain
materials are less than eight feet in
height, from floor to ceiling, to fit in the room.

Exhibit Services, Inc. (ESI) has been contracted to assist
you with all your shipping, freight, equipment and
decorations requirements.
Roughly 45 days prior to the event, ESI will email you a
service kit containing order forms to make final booth
arrangements, including orders for shipping of display
units, electricity requirements, internet access, and orders
for booth décor such as carpeting, plants, furniture or any
other items you would like to rent for your booth. ESI will
also receive and hold display shipments, and assure they are
placed in your booth and ready for your arrival at the
symposium. Upon conclusion of the symposium, they will
handle return shipping your display materials to the
designated location. All questions regarding decorating,
booth equipment, freight/material handling, furniture,
carpeting, electricity, etc. should be directed to ESI.

needs 4:00pm-7:00pm.
We ask
that your display is set by 7:00pm in order to be
ready for the next day’s morning events. |

The
Exhibit Services, Inc. will be available for
teardown needs from 10:45am-1:00pm
1:00pm – All sponsor display materials packed
and ready for shipping.
(NOTE: All materials MUST be removed from the Banyan
Breezway by 2:00pm) |

Breezeway Schedule (Sponsor & Poster Display Room)
The Banyan
Breezeway will be open to symposium attendees from Wednesday’s
morning refreshments through Friday’s mid-morning break,
generating two and one half day’s exposure for your
organization. The Banyan Breezeway will be the primary
gathering place for attendees where daily refreshments and
the Wednesday and Thursday boxed lunches are served. The
scheduled poster session and reception will also be held in
the Banyan Breezeway thereby providing interaction during
the early evening hours as well. A detailed agenda will be
available in early 2008.
NOTE: It
is not mandatory to have a display representative present at
all times in the Banyan Breezeway. As a symposium attendee,
sponsors* are invited to participate in all symposium
meetings and networking functions.
*Please refer to the sponsorship levels for the number of
complimentary registrations offered with each level.
