If you would like to be listed on the symposium "Share a Hotel Room" web page, please provide the following information.

  • Submissions will be posted within five (5) working days

  • This service will require that your name, gender, email address, affiliation, originating country be posted on a web page accessible to the public.

  • Participants will be responsible for all contacts and arrangements.

  • The TradeWinds is a non-smoking property and does not have smoking rooms.

  • Once you have located a roommate – make certain you do the following:

    • Reserve your hotel room specifying two double beds as soon as possible. Double rooms are LIMITED.

    • Communicate to the hotel ALL payment methods (e.g. split bill, deposit, etc).

    • Verify you are requesting the standard double room at the $129 rate.

    • Once completed, submit request to remove your name from the Share-a-room list.
